Delivery information

For any products delivered outside of the EU, the 20% VAT will automatically be removed from the products when you reach the checkout. Please be aware that you as the customer will be responsible for paying customs duty/excise duty and/or import VAT that may arise at the delivery destination.

We just wanted to let everyone know that the website is continuing to operate following the current government's' guidelines.

All UK orders will be despatched by Royal Mail 48, unless it is a large order weighing more than 2kg which will be sent with a courier. We are operating Monday to Friday and hope to despatch orders promptly as usual but we are working with reduced staff so please allow extra time for your order to be despatched.

We do also offer a 'Next Working Day' service within the UK, which operates Monday to Friday. If an order is placed before 1pm, then your order will be delivered the following working day, subject to the normal operating standards of our couriers. Please be aware that if an order is placed on a Friday for this service, we cannot guarantee that your order will be delivered on a Saturday ,and will more than likely be delivered the following Monday. All overseas orders will be despatched with our usual couriers as normal. At the moment all couriers are working as normal as long as local conditions allow.

There is no restrictions on the movement of goods currently.

Business days are Monday-Friday, with the exception of British Bank Holidays.

Orders placed before 1pm on a business day will be shipped on the same day, provided there are no problems with checkout and the stock is available. Please be aware, orders placed after 1pm will be shipped the next business day.

Next working day orders despatched on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday. Orders placed on Fridays after 1pm will be sent on the following Monday.

Royal Mail 48 has a service aim of delivery in 2 days but is not guaranteed.
